Find the real problem.
I am most useful where the work is messy, important, and still unnamed: the scattered context, repeated friction, or ambitious idea that needs to become a clear operating shape.
hello@amitbhatia.xyz
My work often starts with a real operational problem: finding the constraint, naming the solution in plain language, building the workflow, and measuring whether the work became easier, faster, or more valuable.
I've worked across product, code, events, founder/operator work, coaching systems, and agentic workflows. That range is useful because the hard part is rarely just the tool. It is translating a human problem into a system people can trust.
Right now, I am applying that lens at Coaching Innovation Lab, shaping its flagship program and building the systems around durable coaching practices. I am also energized by working with ambitious coaches and project leads making large creative leaps in technology.
Digital contributions
Program
Helping coaches turn insight into repeatable practice without flattening the human parts of the work.
Building
A working practice around agents, codices, plans, review loops, and small tools that help good decisions survive repeated work.
Product
A practice field for leadership conversations: real scenarios, feedback, and a safer place to build confidence before the stakes are highest.
Work with me
I work with select teams and founders on two kinds of hard moves: building AI-enabled systems that make important work easier to repeat, and helping ambitious project leads find the energy, alignment, and product judgment to bring a large technical vision to life.

I am most useful where the work is messy, important, and still unnamed: the scattered context, repeated friction, or ambitious idea that needs to become a clear operating shape.
Build
My agent work is practical infrastructure: products, automations, handoffs, review loops, and small systems that make careful work easier to repeat without hiding the places that still need discernment.
Support
I love being a high-context teammate for founders and project leads making large creative moves: bringing energy, alignment, network advice, and hands-on product and technical conversation.
Recent notes
The useful version of coding agents is not speed theater. It is a source-backed loop that helps careful work survive repetition.
Applied AI engineering is not prompt collection. It is the operating judgment to decide what should be automated, reviewed, measured, and left human.
A quiet essay about breath, caregiving, and the difference between treating a symptom and seeing the whole person.

If you are building something where AI, judgment, operations, and human development need to become one working system, I would be glad to help make the next move clear and operational.
