Coaching Innovation Lab

Current work shaping systems, coach success, and programs including Impact Accelerator at Coaching Innovation Lab.

The center of gravity

My current work is at Coaching Innovation Lab, where I lead coach success and solutions. The practical question is simple and difficult: how do we help coaches build durable practices without turning them into operators of someone else's machine?

That means building more than content. It means shaping the operating system around the work: onboarding, program design, judgment loops, feedback rituals, and the tools that help coaches return to the right next move.

Principal work

The visible work is a program. The deeper work is operational: helping the platform become easier to trust, easier to hand off, and more useful under real human pressure.

That is where I tend to be most useful. I sit close to the strategy, the relationships, the product behavior, and the repeatable operating details, then try to turn the messy parts into structures people can actually use.

Impact Accelerator

Impact Accelerator is a flagship product and program inside that broader Coaching Innovation Lab story. I think of it as a place where strategy, behavior change, and business-building meet. The work is not to hand coaches a script. It is to make their judgment more available under pressure.

What I am learning

The useful systems are rarely the loudest ones. They are the ones that make a person feel more capable after using them. That is the test I keep coming back to: does this structure return agency to the person doing the work?
